First Warning Forecast

Skies remain cloudy with a few leftover showers this afternoon and evening. Highs will be in upper 50s where we see more rain and lower 60s elsewhere. It will dry out tonight with lows in the mid 40s.

The upper level disturbance responsible for the active weather will stay over our region into the weekend with a few showers possible on Saturday and a better chance of showers on Sunday for Mother’s Day. For Sunday, the weather for the afternoon looks drier than the morning. Highs will be in the lower to mid 60s Saturday and near 60 Sunday.

Another front will approach on Monday. Sunshine will give way to some clouds and the chance of a few showers and possibly a thunderstorm later in the day. Highs will be near 70. That front will be closer on Tuesday with a better chance of showers and highs in the 60s.

Have a great weekend!
