Andy Caiano lives in the Sarasota, Florida area, where Hurricane Milton is closing in. He is the brother of NewsChannel 13 First Warning Chief Meteorologist Paul Caiano.

In an interview late Wednesday afternoon, he said described the worsening conditions in his neighborhood.
