Person killed after being hit by train in Albany

A person is dead after being hit by a train Wednesday night in Albany. This happened near Everett Road around 7:15 p.m.
Both Albany and Amtrak police are investigating.
The identity of the victim isn’t being released at this time.
The Maple Leaf train 64 was delayed for more than three hours as police were conducting their investigation.
