Person injured in Schenectady hit-and-run
A person was hit by a car in Schenectady on Monday morning. The car then drove off, police said. Passersby noticed the unconscious victim lying in the road near Albany Street and Route 7, just after 5 a.m.

Passersby noticed the unconscious victim lying in the road near Albany Street and Route 7, just after 5 a.m.
He was taken to Albany Medical Center. His injuries are not known.
The car was believed to be traveling southbound on Route 7, from Schenectady towards Rotterdam. However, there is no description of the car.
