Perth man charged in New Year’s Eve strangulation

A Perth man is facing charges for allegedly strangling and assaulting another person.
Ethan Chase, 33, is under arrest.
State police say they were called for a domestic dispute on New Year’s Eve.
After investigating, police found Chase at his home in Perth and took him into custody.
He was sent to the Fulton County Correctional Facility.
