Pittsfield man acquitted of firearm charges

A Pittsfield man was found not guilty after being accused of multiple firearm charges.
The Berkshire County District Attorney’s Office says Terrell Ortiz was found not guilty of armed assault with intent to murder, assault and battery by firearm.
They say the charges come from an incident last March at 471 West Street.
