Jason McFadden, a man authorities call a career criminal, has been found guilty of drug and gun charges in Pittsfield.

Investigators searched a home in Pittsfield in 2018, where they found an internal basement door accessing an adjacent apartment on Daniels Avenue. They found drugs, guns and tens of thousands of dollars in cash inside, they said.

McFadden distributed drugs beyond Massachusetts, the Berkshire County District Attorney’s Office said.
He has previous convictions on violent crimes or serious drug offenses.

He faces 15 years in prison when he’s sentenced in September.
