A Pittsfield woman is fighting to save her animal shelter.
The Eleanor Sonsini Animal Shelter is planning to shut down at the end of the month, they said.
Noelle Howland, the manager of the animal shelter, started a GoFundMe after the board announced they would be closing the location at the end of the month.’
They cited lack of funds and the poor quality of the building as reasons they were shutting down.
