Plans for proposed Latham Stewart’s unveiled

A new Stewart’s is being proposed for Loudon Road in Latham.
The proposed site is 956 Loudon Road – the current location of the Sycamore Hotel.
A concept plan was announced at this week’s town planning board meeting.
The proposed site also includes a car wash at 2 Wellness Way, and a vacant lot at 954 Loudon Road.
The plan is to have 16 fueling positions, 40 parking spots, and eventually, electric vehicle charging stations.
