Police: Albany County man found with illegal guns

An Albany County man is accused of illegally having guns in his home.
State Police were investigating an unrelated matter, when they found three handguns and two high-capacity magazines in the home of Grant Ostrander of Delmar, they said.
Ostrander was arraigned at the Bethlehem Town Court and sent to the Albany County Jail.
