Police: Albany man threatened woman with gun
Troy Police investigate a shooting that took place near 6th Avenue and 103rd Street around 4 p.m.
An Albany man is accused of threatening a woman with a gun during a domestic incident.
Nasir Stratton, 33, allegedly got out of a car in the 300 block of Orange Street and threatened the victim around 1:20 p.m. Monday, Albany Police said.
Officers found Stratton in the area of Grand Street and Arch Street a short time later.
Stratton was charged with criminal possession of a weapon and menacing. He was arraigned in Albany City Criminal Court and sent to Albany County Jail.
