Police: Ballston Spa man sent lewd pictures to minors

A Ballston Spa man is accused of sending lewd images to minors.

Andrew J. Stawniczy, 29, allegedly sent the images to two youths in Warren County, police said.

Stawniczy was charged five counts of disseminating indecent material to minors, one count of promoting an obscene sexual performance by a child and two counts of endangering the welfare of a child.

He was arraigned in Warren County Centralized Arraignment Court and due to appear in Warrensburg Town Court at a later date.
