Albany Police Chief Eric Hawkins and Paesan’s Pizza owner Frank Scavio teamed up Friday to deliver pizza to the Boys & Girls Club Friday evening.

This comes as Scavio talked to NewsChannel 13 about possibly closing up shop because of the violence in Albany.

A shooting last week turned into a police standoff that lasted over three hours.

Scavio says some of his employees don’t want to come into work because of the violence. However, that’s not stopping him from giving back to the youth in Albany one slice of pizza at a time.
