Police: Clifton Park man held person against their will during domestic incident
CLIFON PARK – A Clifton Park man is accused of holding a person against their will during a domestic incident.
Jeremy W. Vanwormer, 37, was charged on Aug. 30 with two counts of criminal mischief and unlawful imprisonment. State Police responded to a Clifton Park residence for reports of a domestic incident. The investigation determined that Vanwormer was in an argument with the victim. During the disagreement, he allegedly damaged property. He also held the person against their well and prevented them from calling for help.
Vanwormer was released on $2,500 bail pending further action in Clifton Park Town Court.
