Police: Cobleskill man had child pornography

A Cobleskill man is accused of possessing child pornography.

Kyle M. Spaulding, 31, had possessed images consistent with child exploitation, state police said.

Spaulding’s arrest followed a cyber tip received through the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children.

Spaulding was charged with possessing a sexual performance by a child. He was released on an appearance ticket and is due in Cobleskill Town Court on Tuesday, April 16.
