Police continue probe into killing on Menands bike trail
A heavy police presence is anticipated in Menands Thursday as part of the investigation into last week’s killing of a man on the Mohawk Hudson Bike Trail.
Daniel Frament, 76, was found on the bike trail around 4 p.m. on April 18. An autopsy found that Frament died of severe head trauma.
Menands Police and State Police are working on the case including use of aviation resources. Police are encouraging the public to use caution in the area and report any suspicious behavior, Menands Police posted on Facebook.
