Police: Galway man hit car with makeshift weapon

A man from Galway is facing charges, accused of hitting a car with a makeshift weapon.
Dennis Walsh is accused of using a rope, with a metal claps on it, to hit someone’s car.
Police say Walsh had just gotten into an argument with that person.
This happened at a business in Ballston.
Police say he drove away but was arrested.
