Police: Halfmoon man assaulted person with kitchen items
A Halfmoon man is accused of hitting someone with kitchen items. Andrew May, 77, hit someone in the face with a metal cup and in the head with a metal spoon, police said.

Andrew May, 77, hit someone in the face with a metal cup and in the head with a metal spoon, police said.
May knows the victim, investigators said.
The person was taken to the hospital for treatment.
May was arraigned on two counts of felony assault and released.
