Police: Halfmoon man inappropriately touched child

A Halfmoon man is accused of inappropriately touching a child.

Tommy L. Johnson, 49, allegedly had contact with the child in October 2023 in Halfmoon.

Johnson was charged with misdemeanors of forcible touching and endangering the welfare of a child. He was arraigned in Clifton Park Court and released on his own recognizance.

Johnson is due back in court at a later date.
