Police: Handgun, cocaine found during Albany arrest

Albany Police recovered a handgun and cocaine while arresting a man.
Police stopped Sincere Cancer, 21, in the area of Trinity and Ashgrove Place.
He ran away from officers, but they quickly arrested him.
He had a loaded handgun and crack cocaine, they said.
Cancer is now facing drugs and weapons charges and is in the Albany County Jail.
