Police: Hudson Falls man choked woman unconscious

A Hudson Falls man choked a woman until she was unconscious, police said.

Justin Rodgers-Davis, 40, was arrested after a domestic incident in May at Liberty Place. Police just released the information on Wednesday.

The incident was caught on video, Hudson Falls Police said. Rodgers-Davis is accused of violating an order of protection.

He was charged with felony counts of second-degree strangulation, criminal contempt and unlawful imprisonment. He was arraigned in Washington County Centralized Arraignment Court.
