Police: Hudson Falls man had sexual contact with two people under age 13

A 48-year-old Washington County man has been arrested for allegedly having sexual contact with two children under the age of 13.

Roldan E. Montero, of Hudson Falls, has been charged with two felony counts of first-degree sexual abuse. He is accused of having sexual contact with two separate individuals who he knew over the course of several months, according to the Washington County Sheriff’s Office.

Montero was arraigned in Washington County Centralized Arraignment Court and released on his own recognizance.
