A Hudson Falls man is accused of sexually assaulting an elderly victim in Lake George.

John M. Moloney, 36, was charged with criminal sex act.

It happened around 11:30 p.m. on March 3, according to investigators.

Moloney left before officers arrived. He was arrested two days later.

Moloney was arraigned in Warren County Centralized Arraignment Court and sent to Warren County Jail without bail.
