Police: Hudson man forcibly touched women in public

A Hudson man is accused of forcibly touching women. James D. Konderwich, 21, allegedly grabbed two victims and touched them in a sexual manner.

A Hudson man is accused of forcibly touching women.

James D. Konderwich, 21, allegedly grabbed two victims and touched them in a sexual manner. The incidents took place at Hannaford in the town of Kinderhook and Cumberland Farms in the village of Valatie on May 2, State Police said. One of the victims was a minor.

Konderwich was charged with misdemeanors of sexual abuse, forcible touching and endangering the welfare of a child. He was issued an appearance ticket and is due in Kinderhook Town Court on May 28 at 6 p.m.

State Police are asking any other victims to call investigators at the State Police Livingston station at 845-677-7300.
