Police identify victim of homicide outside strip club

Albany Police have identified the man killed outside a strip club last week.

Kwon Lillard, 36, was shot to death outside Ciro’s gentlemen’s club outside 1118 Broadway at around 2 a.m. Friday.

Lillard was involved in a dispute before the shooting broke out.
