Police: Illegal drugs found in Albany home

Albany Police found several illegal drugs inside a home, they said.

Police searched the home in the 200 block of First Street late Wednesday afternoon as part of an ongoing investigation.

Inside, they found MDMA pills, fentanyl and several items used to distribute drugs, they said.

Timothy Sturdivant, 40, was charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance, and criminally using drug paraphernalia.

He was sent to Albany County Jail.
