Police: Illegal drugs found inside stopped Albany car; infants also inside

A man is facing several charges after a traffic stop in Albany. Illegal drugs and two infants were found in the car, investigators said.

Ronnie Perry, 22, was arrested on Thursday afternoon, said the Albany County Sheriff’s Office.

Perry has a suspended New York state permit, and when being interviewed, became irate, refused to get out of the car and tried to fight with deputies, they said.

Once he was in the patrol car, he attempted to hide 28 grams of crack cocaine underneath the seat cushion.
