Man accused of hiding razor blades in body
An inmate at Albany County Jail is facing charges after police said he tried to smuggle razor blades in his rear end.
Dontay Sawyer, 29, was being booked at Albany County Jail, when a body scanner saw the two blades, according to the Albany County Sheriff’s Office.
Sawyer was charged with promoting prison contraband and two counts of criminal possession of a weapon.
He was processed at the Albany County Jail and will be arraigned in Colonie Town Court on Monday.
