Police investigating Halfmoon assault
The Saratoga County sheriff’s office is looking for anyone who might have information about an assault that happened Friday in Halfmoon.

Deputies tell us that a woman was driving on lower Newton Road, just west of Button Road when she was flagged down by a pedestrian.
They say that the man pulled her from her SUV and assaulted her.
The suspect is described as a man in his 50’S, wearing a dark colored hooded sweatshirt.
Anyone who was traveling in this area Saturday and witnessed anything around 5:30, is asked to call the Saratoga County sheriff’s office.
