Police investigating rash of Troy shootings

We spoke to Troy Police on Tuesday for a follow up on the rash of shootings in Troy we told you about Monday.

The assistant chief tells us detectives have made progress in the investigations, but no arrests have been made.
He tells us they will continue to pursue the leads.

There were 4 shootings over 4 days in Troy, the most recent shots fired happened Monday around 1:30 p.m. near Fifth and Ingalls.
The string of violence started last Friday near Third and Congress Streets.
A man was injured but has since been released from the hospital, police said.
Another injury happened at a shooting on 13th Street and Hoosick Street where police said a man was shot in the torso after an argument.
That shooting happened early Monday morning and we’re told the victim is now in stable condition.
The last shooting was around 2:30 a.m. on North First Street.
