Police are investigating the stabbing of a 16-year-old in Clifton Park Tuesday night.

Officers responded to Redfield Park just after 7:30 p.m. for a report of a youth with stab wounds. When they arrived, they found the teen with multiple stab wounds to his upper body and leg, the Saratoga County Sheriff’s Office said.

The victim was taken to Albany Medical Center for evaluation and treatment.
