Police: Lake Luzerne man had sex with child younger than 11
A 71-year-old Lake Luzerne man is accused of having sex with a child under the age of 11.
Cecil L. Mosher is accused of having inappropriate sexual contact on multiple occasions, State Police said.

Cecil L. Mosher is accused of having inappropriate sexual contact on multiple occasions, State Police said.
Mosher was charged with course of sexual conduct against a child. He was arraigned in Warren County Centralized Arraignment Court and sent to Warren County Jail in lieu of $2,500 cash, $5,000 bond, or a $10,000 partially secured bond.
