Police make another arrest on Caroline Street in Saratoga Springs
Saratoga Springs police have made another arrest on Caroline Street an area that’s been one of concern for officers.

Police say Saturday around 3:45 a.m. they saw two suspicious males in a parking lot on Caroline street.
Officers found a handgun in a vehicle that both were in, and police took two men from Amsterdam into custody.
They’re charging 30-year-old Depree Faulks and 22-year-old Samuel Payano both with felony drug and weapons charges. Both suspects were arraigned in city court.
Payano was remanded on $50,000 cash bail and Faulks was remanded without bail.
