Police: Man caught with 16 baggies of cocaine in Saratoga Springs

A man in Saratoga Springs is accused of cocaine possession.

Makuan Jackson never showed up to court for a prior arrest on charge of felony criminal mischief, police said.

He was found on Lincoln Avenue Thursday, along with 16 individually wrapped small plastic baggies of cocaine, investigators said.

Jackson was charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance, intent to sell criminal possession of a controlled substance and possession of narcotic drug with a weight of half ounce or more.

He was transferred to the custody of the Saratoga County Sheriff’s Department and is due back in court on Tuesday.
