Police: Man stood and jumped on parked cars at Saratoga Spa State Park

A man is charged with damaging 18 parked cars at Saratoga Spa State Park Sunday evening.
Scott Bullard, 24, stood and jumped on the cars, police said.
The Dead & Company concert was taking place at SPAC Sunday evening. NewsChannel 13 has found several Facebook comments from people who attended the concert and said their cars were damaged.
Bullard was released and is due back in court on July 5.
