Police: Milton man intentionally rammed vehicle in road rage incident

NewsChannel 13 has obtained more details in a road rage incident on Thursday in the Wilton Mall parking lot.

State Police responded to the area of Target just after 7 p.m. for a report of a dispute between two people. An investigation determined that one of the parties attempted to leave in their vehicle, when they were followed by Damion P. Lawyer, 23, of Milton.

Lawyer drove recklessly through the parking lot and intentionally struck the victim’s vehicle with his, according to police.

Both vehicles were damaged. No one was injured.

Lawyer was charged with criminal mischief and reckless endangerment. He was arraigned in Corinth Town Court and released under the supervision of the Saratoga County Probation Department.
