Police: Northway crash led to domino effect

A crash involving several cars on the Northway in Warren County started when one car was rear-ended and became disabled in the middle of the road, police said.

Two more cars then crashed, trying to avoid that car.

Then there was a third crash, as more drivers tried to avoid the pile-up. One car went completely over the rail.

Luckily, many escaped with only minor injuries, police said.
