18-year-old Albany man killed in daytime homicide

18-year-old Javone Sims was killed after being shot in Albany on Thursday.
It happened on Third Street around 12:30 p.m.
Sims was pronounced dead at the scene.
A 17-year-old boy who was also shot is in critical condition at Albany Medical Center.
