Police release name of victim killed in Albany homicide

Police have released the name of the 30-year-old man killed in Sunday’s homicide in Albany.
The victim’s name is Rakeem Charleston of Albany.
The shooting took place at around 11:15 a.m. in the area of N. Swan Street and Third Street.
Police continue to investigate and had no new information.
