Police: Richmondville woman drove with blood alcohol content three times legal limit
State Police arrested a 66-year-old Richmondsville woman on Tuesday for allegedly driving with a blood alcohol content three times the legal limit.

Brenda L. Laforme was traveling on Route 7 in Cobleskill at about 9:30 a.m. when she was stopped for driving erratically, according to police. Laforme was charged with DWI and other traffic violations. She was transported to the State Police station in Cobleskill, where she recorded a BAC of 0.24%.
Laforme was issued tickets and released to a sober third party. She is due back in Cobleskill Town Court on Oct. 17.
