Police: Saratoga County intentionally rammed another vehicle

A 60-year-old Saratoga County man is accused of ramming another person’s vehicle with his car.

Police responded to a disturbance call on Howe Road in the town of Corinth on March 30. Samuel E. Paquin, of Greenfield, intentionally rammed the car and caused more than $1,500 in damage, the Saratoga County Sheriff’s Office said.

Paquin also recklessly engaged in conduct that created a risk of substantial injury to another person, police said.

Paquin was charged with felony criminal mischief and misdemeanor reckless endangerment. He was arraigned in Corinth Town Court and released on an appearance ticket.
