The Saratoga County Sheriff’s Office is continuing to investigate the homicide of Jennifer Marie “Moonbeam” Hammond.

Hammond, 18, was reported missing from a mobile home park in Milton on August 30, 2003, where she had been working for a magazine company.

Her co-workers reported her missing after she failed to pick up her belongings.

Hammond’s human remains were found in the town of Greenfield in 2009.

The sheriff’s office continues to encourage anyone with information to give them a call.
