Police: South Glens Falls woman cut acquaintance with knife

A South Glens Falls woman is accused of cutting someone with a knife during a domestic dispute.

Jocilyn A. Fitzgerald, of Second Street, was charged with one felony count of second-degree assault. Police said she cut an acquaintance’s upper arm with a kitchen knife during an incident, which took place on Oct. 18 at 4 p.m.

She was arraigned in Moreau Town Court and released on her own recognizance. She is due back in court on Nov. 1 at 9 a.m.
