Police sting in Albany County leads to 184 traffic stops
State Police along with deputies and police in Albany County communities made 184 traffic stops on Wednesday.
State Police along with deputies and police in Albany County communities made 184 traffic stops on Wednesday.
It was part of a traffic safety partnership with Colonie Police Department, Guilderland Police Department, Menands Police Department and New York State Department of Motor Vehicles.
Two people were arrested for drug possession. One person was arrested for driving without a license.
Another person was arrested on an active warrant. Three fake temporary license plates were also seized, according to the Albany County Sheriff’s Office.
