Police: Teen shot driver with BB gun in Glens Falls

A teen on a bike shot a driver with a BB gun, police in Glens Falls said.

It happened on Wednesday night near Centennial Circle. The driver had yelled at the teenager for riding his bike recklessly in traffic, police said.

The man was hit but did require treatment.

The two had a physical fight. The teen was on the ground complaining of minor injuries when officers arrived.
Police said they plan to review any video of the confrontation they find. No arrests have been made.

Police have had fewer problems lately with bike-riding teens harassing pedestrians, they said.
