Police: Teen Troy man tried to meet for sex was actually sting operation

A 63-year-old Troy man is accused of trying to meet up with a 14-year-old child in Colonie for sexual exploitation.
The whole thing was part of an investigation set up by state police.
Hadj Ounis, 63, was arrested on Monday. He now faces a number of charges – including attempted rape – and is due back in Colonie Town Court on Feb. 8.
