Police: Troy man accused of damaging patrol car skips court

A Troy man is accused of skipping a court date in connection with damaging a sheriff’s patrol car.

Tyquan T. Simon, 31, was charged with criminal mischief for allegedly kicking and punching the rear passenger window and divider while being arrested for a separate matter, according to the Saratoga County Sheriff’s Office.

Simon was charged with bail jumping. He was arraigned in Charlton Town Court and sent to Saratoga County Jail pending further proceedings.
