Police: Video recording women without consent at Saratoga Springs park

Saratoga Springs Police is investigating a social media account that is filming women in the city and Saratoga Spa State Park – without their consent.

A police report has been filed, and Saratoga Springs Police are investigating, along with New York State Park Police.

There is no threat to the public right now, said police.
