Man arrested for car jacking pleads not guilty.

A man stole a car he was test driving from a Della Mazda in Queensbury, then led police on a chase that ended two counties south, according to police.

It happened around 6 p.m. Tuesday, investigators said.

Jules W. Lyons-Sylne, 35, of Warrensburg, stopped the car in the pull-off by Round Pound, displayed a knife and robbed the car salesman, the Warren County Sheriff’s Office said.

Lyons-Sylne then took off and left the salesman on the side of the road. The car was found and the chase began. The car was eventually stopped in Delmar in Albany County, police said.

Lyons-Sylne was charged with robbery, grand larceny and multiple traffic violations. He pleaded not guilty in Warren County Centralized Arraignment Court and was sent to Warren County Jail.
