Police: Warrensburg woman was 4x too drunk to drive

A Warrensburg woman is facing an aggravated DWI charge. She’s accused of having a blood alcohol level of 0.32% – four times the legal limit.

Police responded to the area of state Route 9 in Warrensburg on Saturday to a three-car crash with injuries.

Heather Charon, 41, crashed into a parked car, which hit another parked car, investigators said.

There was a child in the initial car who was injured.

Charon was issued appearance tickets and released. She’s due back in court on June 21.
